Returning the goods
In order to return the goods purchased from us, please inform us about it before returning by e-mail info@fitmenta.lt indicating the reason for the return
1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Deficiencies of sold low-quality goods are eliminated, low-quality goods are replaced and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:
2.1. The returned product must be in the original neat packaging (this item does not apply in case of return of defective product);
2.2. The Product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
2.3. The product must be unused, without losing the appearance of the product: the label is not damaged, the protective film has not been torn off, etc. (this item does not apply in case of return of defective goods);
2.4. The returned product must be in the same configuration as it was received by the Buyer (this item does not apply in case of returning the defective product);
2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for the return of the goods have not been complied with;
2.6. Return of the goods shall be carried out in the manner specified by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (this clause shall not apply in case the goods are of poor quality – in this case, the return of goods within the statutory warranty period);
3. Return and exchange of goods of appropriate quality shall be carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810 (1) of the Civil Code;
4. The money paid for the goods accepted by the Buyer but later refused shall be returned to the Buyer’s account not later than within 5 (five) days from the day of returning the goods to the Seller unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.
Did you receive a defective item? In this case, we undertake to exchange the defective product for a quality product free of charge or to return the money paid to you. You have the right to return such goods to us within 30 working days from the date of delivery.
You can return the goods via DPD courier service.
Warranty
UAB FITMENTA truck tables have a 5-year warranty. The warranty period starts from the moment the seller hands over the goods to the buyer. The guarantee is provided only upon submission of purchase documents. We will correct, complete or replace defects found during the warranty period with quality ones.
Warranty conditions:
- when assembling the product, the buyer follows the assembly instructions attached to the product;
- the product has been used for its intended purpose;
- the warranty covers defects in the quality of the goods caused by the fault of the manufacturer
The buyer loses the right to free warranty service in the following cases:
- the buyer did not comply with the rules of operation and maintenance of the furniture;
- the goods were damaged through the fault of the buyer;
- the furniture was affected by Force Majeure (force majeure).
For all other goods, the warranty period applies/does not apply according to the warranty periods set by the manufacturers.
